Alternative Youth Radio (AYR), Libéria‘s first community youth radio station, was founded in June 2016 to empower Liberian youth through media training, advocacy, and community volunteerism.

EnspireFX had the privilege of designing a dynamic and engaging website for Alternative Youth Radio (AYR 98.7 FM), a forward-thinking media organisation dedicated to empowering youth voices and fostering community dialogue. The goal was to create a digital platform that amplifies AYR’s mission and provides seamless access to its content, products, and services.

The AYR website serves as a hub for on-demand content, live streaming, and community engagement, positioning the station as a digital leader in the media landscape.

• Performance Optimisation: With Brotli Compression technology, the site delivers faster page load times, enhancing user experience across devices.

• Accessibility: Built with HTML5 and UTF-8 character encoding, the website ensures compatibility across various browsers and devices, promoting inclusivity for all users.
• Reliable Hosting Infrastructure: Hosted on a LiteSpeed Web Server with PHP as the server-side programming language, the website ensures speed, efficiency, and reliability.
• Stability and Reliability: The hosting is managed by StellerHost with partners WHG Hosting Services in the Royaume-Uni, with DNS support from Verpex, guaranteeing consistent uptime and stable performance.

We included an advanced e-commerce functionality, robust security measures, and optimised performance to help the platform AYR’s growth in both reach and engagement.

So whether users are streaming live broadcasts, purchasing merchandise, or engaging with content, the website serves as a powerful digital gateway to AYR’s impactful initiatives.
