The first step in working with EnspireFX is completing our Get Quote / Project Discovery Form.

All clients, including those requesting a physical or virtual meeting, are required to complete this form before any consultation.

The information collected helps us understand:

Required website features and functionality
Budget expectations and timeline
Overall project readiness

This allows us to determine whether EnspireFX is the right strategic fit for your project and whether we can deliver the outcomes you are seeking.

2. Initial Review & Project Fit Assessment

Once your form is submitted, our team conducts an internal review of the project.

At this stage, we assess:

Scope and technical complexity
Budget alignment with project requirements
Timeline feasibility
Availability based on our current workload

Not all projects move forward to the next stage. We selectively take on projects where we can deliver strong results within realistic timelines.

3. Initial Quote & Scope Discussion

If your project is approved, we communicate an initial project quote based on the information provided.

This stage allows for:

Clarification of requirements
Scope adjustments where necessary
Price discussion and refinement

This ensures both parties have a shared understanding of expectations before any formal documentation is prepared.

4. Proposal Preparation

A detailed project proposal is prepared only when the client confirms readiness to proceed.

The proposal outlines:

Finalised project scope and deliverables
Website structure and features
Estimated timeline
Cost breakdown and payment structure

The proposal also serves as a service contract of obligations and a reference document for how the project will be executed.

5. Project Scheduling & Kickoff

Once the proposal is approved, an invoice is issued and a 50% initial deposit is required to secure your project slot.

Projects are scheduled based on:

Payment confirmation
Current project queue
Scope and complexity

As a result, timelines may vary even for similar projects, depending on workload at the time of commencement.

6. Design & Development

With the project officially underway, we begin the design and development phase.

This includes:

UI/UX design and layout development
Responsive, mobile-friendly implementation
SEO-ready site structure
Feature integrations such as contact forms, booking systems, payments, or multilingual support

Content creation and image sourcing are handled where agreed.

7. Review & Refinement

You’ll be given the opportunity to review the website and provide feedback. EnspireFX provides website copywriting service and graphic design services, including brand development, which are provided free of charge as may be necessary for the project. The client is free to review all content as they may desire. And where our content fails to meet the standards of the client, they are free to provide their own content or engage a third-party service for this purpose. We may help with recommendations in this regard.

Pls note that the client owns every content created for this project, and EnspireFX does not hold any entrenched position on the final output beyond the fact that we are associated with the project as designers, and therefore are interested in a befitting project worthy of our reputation as a world-class web design company
