If you already have your own domain name and hosting account and only need our design and development services, then yes, the payment would be a one-time fee.
However, if you prefer that we also provide high-end managed hosting for your website, the hosting fee would recur monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on the billing cycle you choose.
At EnspireFX Websites, we value flexibility while maintaining our commitment to deliver on time and within budget. Should you wish to add new features, we are open to discussing how these additions may align with your project objectives. If the new features are integral to achieving our goals, we will be glad to consider them.
However, if the requested features are not directly related to the original project objectives, we recommend addressing them in a later phase. We strive to remain adaptable within the constraints of our engagement process and understand that adjustments may be necessary. However, the final decision is always yours. We will simply guide you through the process of registering it.
Yes, you will have complete access. We believe that you should have full administrative control over your digital assets. We will help you set up an independent hosting account with a distinct login for you. Once the accounts are created, we will ask you for the login credentials to begin our work. This is a crucial step that ensures you always have the master keys to your online presence. This practice also aligns with industry best practices, as highlighted in the News Ghana article, because it allows you to maintain, transfer, or manage your website without any dependency on us.
Our “free domain & hosting” offer applies to the first year of your website. After that initial period, you are responsible for the renewal costs. These costs are the standard rates charged by your chosen domain registrar and our hosting partner, StellerHost. We do not add any additional fees or markups. We will be transparent with you about these costs from the very beginning, so there are no surprises. For example, a .com or .org domain name typically renews at a cost of around $20 to $25 per year. Hosting costs vary depending on the plan you choose, but we will provide you with all the pricing details before the project begins.
There are absolutely no restrictions or fees from our end. Because you have full administrative access to your domain registrar and hosting control panel, moving your site to another host is straightforward. You will simply need to initiate the transfer with your new host. Your website files will be in your hosting account, and your domain will be in your registrar account. In the case of custom-coded websites, you’ll receive full source code and media files. There are no proprietary systems, locked-in platforms, or hidden charges. We believe this is the fairest and most ethical way to operate, and it is a powerful way for SMEs to protect their digital assets.

This way, you can start with our included Webmail and upgrade anytime to a more professional solution like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, depending on your business requirements.
Our Webmail service includes up to 10 accounts, such as info@, admin@, or support@, with 2GB of storage per account. These accounts are created under your domain and are fully owned by you. Once we set them up, you receive the login credentials and can manage, update, or even migrate them to another platform whenever you wish.
At EnspireFX, we never list ourselves as the owner of your digital assets. Whether it is your domain, hosting, or email accounts, you remain in control at all times. If you decide later to migrate to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the transition is straightforward because you already hold the rights to your domain and email setup.
Yes. While your website is being developed, it will remain private and secure. We place all projects under password protection on a closed development platform. This means the site is not accessible to the public, not indexed by Google, and not visible on search engines or AI platforms until you approve the launch.

During this stage, you and your team can still review the work in progress, request changes, and grant access to specific members if needed. All our hosted websites run on UK-based servers with individual cPanel accounts, protected by Imunify360, which provides advanced firewall and malware protection. In addition, we build extra security measures into every site, such as custom login pages, registration restrictions, email obfuscation, login attempt limits, Google reCAPTCHA, and deindexing of non-client-facing pages.
This layered approach ensures that your site is secure at both the server level and the application level. If needed, we can also integrate third-party services like Cloudflare for added performance and protection.
Yes. At handover, you will receive a project document containing all credentials for platforms created or used in your website build. This includes:
- Hosting & Domain accounts (created in your name, with access granted to us only for setup)
- cPanel login (accessible through your hosting account)
- CMS admin login (full administrator access to your website)
- Google account access (used for Analytics, Search Console, and other third-party integrations)
We strongly believe that all rights and ownership belong to the client. If at any point you choose to work with another webmaster or provider, you can freely update or change these credentials.
You, the client, own all assets, design, and source code created for your website. EnspireFX is only acknowledged in the footer copyright credit (which can be removed or whitelabelled upon agreement, usually for an additional fee).
Any business information shared with us remains strictly confidential, and we uphold a non-compete commitment, meaning we never use your strategies against you.
In some cases, we may use our agency licenses for premium plugins or tools on your site. These remain valid while we provide webmaster or maintenance services. If you choose to end our engagement, we will assist you in acquiring your own licenses to ensure smooth continuity of your website.
Yes. All content we create or provide for your website, text, images, logos, and graphics, will be fully licensed for your commercial use without restrictions. Wherever stock resources, premium assets, or third-party tools are used, we ensure they are covered by the appropriate commercial licenses.
You will therefore have full legal rights to use, publish, and promote your website content across all platforms.
Yes, absolutely. We encourage clients to share reference websites as inspiration for design, layout, and professionalism. However, it’s important to first establish the extent of inspiration you’d like us to take from those sites, whether it’s the overall look and feel, specific features, or certain design elements.
Beyond inspiration, we also investigate the platforms and technology stack used on your reference sites.
This helps us discuss your development options and determine the best way to achieve your desired features within your own project.
Your project scope will ultimately be based on your needs and chosen features, with the reference sites serving as a guide in shaping this scope. Because the scope directly determines project cost, please note that any new feature requests made after the scope is finalised may require an update to the scope and could affect the overall cost.
Yes, it is absolutely possible to structure your launch in that way. We can implement a soft launch where the full site remains private and accessible only via a secure private link. This allows you to review the website, gather feedback from select people, and make adjustments before the official launch. In parallel, we can also set up a public “Coming Soon” page with your branding, key messaging, and optional lead-capture (such as an email signup form) to begin building awareness ahead of time.
Importantly, this approach will not harm your future Google rankings or visibility. During development and soft launch, we use technical measures (such as “noindex” tags or password protection) to ensure the private site does not get indexed prematurely. Once you are ready for your public launch in September 2026, we will remove these restrictions so your site can be properly crawled and indexed. This way, your SEO efforts will only begin when the site is live and ready, with no negative carryover from the private phase.
Having a unique company name is definitely an advantage; it makes it much easier for your website to appear at the top of Google search results when people search for your business name specifically. So in that sense, once your site is launched and indexed, you are very likely to rank at or near the top for branded searches in Ghana, the UK, and beyond. This would be because of the SEO optimisation of the website.
However, when it comes to broader industry keywords (for example, “tax consultant in Ghana” or “Finance Analyst in the UK”), ranking at the top depends on many factors beyond your name. These include how well your website is optimised for search engines (SEO), the quality of your content, the competitiveness of those search terms, the number of authoritative websites linking to yours, and how consistently your brand is built across the internet.

Yes, you’ll be able to review the website during the build. At EnspireFX, we follow a step-by-step design process that keeps you involved at every stage:
- Planning & Scope: We agree on your goals, features, and project roadmap.
- Design Mockups: You review sample layouts, colours, and style to confirm the look and feel.
- Development Build: We build the site on a private staging link, where you can see progress live.
- Content Integration: Your text, images, and branding are added so you can review how everything fits together. Inner pages are built after the homepage is approved
- Feedback & Revisions: You share feedback, and we fine-tune until it matches your vision.
- Testing & Final Review: We test speed, mobile view, and functionality, then do a final walkthrough with you.
- Launch: Once approved, we make the site live.
This way, the project never feels rushed, you’re part of the journey and can make sure the site comes together exactly as you envisioned. I must add that the actual development doesn’t travel beyond 21 days, unless the project is a full-stack custom coding project. Which could go up to 90 days. This means that we have to complete the project, then the launch could be scheduled for when you are ready. In that time, further reviews and revisions could continue.
Pls note that this means your first year of hosting will be used for the site development. We can consider building the site offline if this hosting cost is a problem for you.
