1. Are the corporate emails included basic hosting emails, or via Google Workspace/Microsoft 365?
All websites we host come with free Webmail accounts, which are basic hosting emails. These accounts allow you to create addresses such as info@yourcompany.com or admin@yourcompany.com, accessed via webmail or configured on a device. This option works well for startups and small teams that want a cost-free solution while getting their website online.
However, we also understand that many businesses prefer more advanced email systems for reliability, scalability, and professional features. That is why we provide four flexible options:
- Professional Email Hosting: Affordable plans that support up to 8 mailboxes, each with up to 8GB of storage.
- Business Email Solutions: Packages for small to large teams, with up to 10 mailboxes and 10GB per mailbox, plus larger options on request.
- Google Workspace: A leading platform that combines Gmail with Drive, Meet, Docs, and other collaboration tools.
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook): An enterprise-grade suite that includes Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud storage.
This approach lets you start with our included Webmail and upgrade to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 whenever your business requires it. You are not tied to one solution, and we help you choose the option that fits your budget and goals.
2. How many email accounts are included, and will I have full ownership and control?
Our Webmail service includes up to 10 accounts, such as info@, admin@, or support@, with 2GB of storage per account. These accounts are created under your domain and are fully owned by you. Once we set them up, you receive the login credentials and can manage, update, or even migrate them to another platform whenever you wish.
At EnspireFX, we never list ourselves as the owner of your digital assets. Whether it is your domain, hosting, or email accounts, you remain in control at all times. If you decide later to migrate to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the transition is straightforward because you already hold the rights to your domain and email setup.
